1989

Oops, it was through three Baltic states - from north to south - Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. They used to be part of the Soviet Union but they started to fight back their freedom and now they are independent for about 17-18 years.

I wish that we all - estonians, latvians and lithuanians, start seeing this day as an day of unity. I wish to know more about my fellows estonians and latvians - in their early twenties, those, who maybe stood in this baltic way with their parents, but later forgot it. This Baltic way joined together all Baltic countries and and this was a big step to the freedom of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
